Golo Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to Golo Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Golo Game platform, accessible at gologame.biz, including all games, promotions, betting markets, payment services and any other features offered on the site.

Golo Game is an online gaming platform built specifically for Pakistani players, offering card games (Teen Patti, Poker), casual games (Ludo), crash games (Aviator), live cricket scoring and sports betting — all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By creating a Golo Game account, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and agreed to be bound by everything stated here. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To register and use a Golo Game account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. Golo Game does not permit anyone under 18 to open an account, deposit funds or place any wager. Age verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
2. You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, business or third party.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether placed by yourself or by Golo Game, that has not yet expired.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not have previously had a Golo Game account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold one Golo Game account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or different names, different mobile numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across them.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Golo Game will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at support@gologame.biz.

All deposits on Golo Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Golo Game does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Any foreign currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider at their rates.
• Maximum single deposit amounts may apply depending on payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed in the deposit interface.
• Failed deposits are automatically reversed by the payment provider. If a deposit is debited but not credited to your Golo Game wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests from your Golo Game wallet are subject to the following conditions:

1. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum single withdrawal is Rs 200,000 per transaction; daily withdrawal limit is Rs 500,000.
2. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit in your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
3. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents: valid CNIC and a screenshot or statement confirming the payment method belongs to you.
4. Withdrawal processing time is 2–4 hours for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) during business hours. IBFT bank transfers take up to one business day.
5. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Wagering must be completed before bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
6. Golo Game reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. During verification, the withdrawal will be held pending. Players will be notified by email or in-app message.

Golo Game runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards and seasonal specials tied to events like PSL or Eid. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses. Specific promotions will have their own terms listed on the Promotions page.

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per payment method and per IP address.
• Golo Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify wagering requirements or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to trigger regional offers, or coordinating bets with other players to meet wagering with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance.
• Real-money deposits are always used first; bonus funds are the secondary balance drawn upon during gameplay.

Each game on Golo Game — Teen Patti, Ludo, Poker, Aviator and cricket betting — operates under its own specific ruleset, which is displayed within the game interface. These specific game rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general gameplay conditions also apply across the platform:

1. Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after submission, except where a technical error caused an incorrect outcome, as determined solely by Golo Game.
2. Golo Game uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all card and crash games. Crash games (Aviator) use a provably fair algorithm — the hash of each round's outcome is published before betting opens for that round.
3. In the event of a game disconnection during a live session, Golo Game's server records will be used to determine the outcome. Any bet placed before disconnection that was confirmed by the server is binding.
4. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game and may differ by game type and account tier.
5. Golo Game reserves the right to void any round, hand or match where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, data corruption or integrity breach that would make the result unreliable.
6. For cricket betting, all markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches, weather delays and DLS-method outcomes are settled per the relevant match-specific rules displayed at time of betting.

Golo Game is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, solve financial problems or escape from personal difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Golo Game platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, potential permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening or operating more than one Golo Game account.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automation tools or any artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a way not intended by its design.
• Colluding with other players — sharing cards, coordinating bets in poker, manipulating Ludo outcomes or communicating during live betting rounds in a way that constitutes cheating.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes or RNG anomalies. If you become aware of a bug or error, you are obligated to stop play and report it immediately to support@gologame.biz.
• Using a payment method belonging to another person — including family members — to deposit or withdraw.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial transaction not genuinely related to gaming.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN or proxy specifically to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at support staff or other players in any game chat or communication.

Golo Game may suspend, restrict or permanently close an account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms.
2. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity.
3. Failure to complete identity verification within the time requested.
4. Incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable account registration information.
5. At your own request — by contacting support or using the self-exclusion tool.

Where an account is closed for a breach, Golo Game reserves the right to retain any balance as compensation for losses caused by the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, the verified balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Golo Game's total liability in connection with any single claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposit amount received from you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Golo Game is not responsible for:

• Internet service interruptions, mobile network outages or device failures that affect your ability to access the platform or cash out during a game.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks).
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Third-party websites or services linked from the Golo Game platform.

Golo Game collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

Key points: your data is stored on servers with 256-bit SSL encryption; it is never sold to third parties; it is shared with payment processors only as required to complete transactions; and you have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by contacting support@gologame.biz.

Golo Game may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, you will be notified via an in-app banner and email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case notice will be given as soon as reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
